Clients are encouraged to breathe freely, relax and to communicate what you are experiencing. My goal is to treat the whole person. Each session is tailored to your individual needs.

Integrating Shiatsu, Swedish massage, deep tissue, and stretches, I aim to work effectively without creating pain or tension in other parts of your body. My experience in relaxation massage and energy work helps my sensitivity level. When doing sport massage, deep tissue, scar tissue release or injury related work, I am sensitive to your body language and verbal cues.

My specialty and passion is in Shiatsu, a Japanese form of bodywork focusing on the Chinese Medicine meridians. Traditional Shiatsu is done fully clothed in loose fitting clothing. I enjoy incorporating Shiatsu into Swedish massage therapy sessions. Much like acupuncture the aim is to relieve qi and blood stagnation throughout your body. Shiatsu is highly effective for treating arthritic conditions, backaches, emotional stress, headaches and migraines, intestinal disorders, muscular pain and tension, flexibility and range of motion.

Constant learning is a high priority for me and I constantly seek out new techniques and information to enhance what I offer to my clients.
