SHIATSU
I have studied Shiatsu, a Japanese form of bodywork, at the Oregon School of Massage and at The Shiatsu Center in Portland, Oregon. Utilizing the Chinese Medicine Meridians we apply pressure to specific points as well as incorporating stretches for different muscle groups. Shiatsu is highly effective for treating arthritic conditions, backaches, emotional stress, headaches and migraines, intestinal disorders, muscular pain and tension, flexibility and range of motion.
If you have requested a Shiatsu session please arrive with comfortable loose fitting clothing. You may change at our location.

MASSAGE
A massage therapy session could include, swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue, stretching, and/or Trigger Point Therapy. I also enjoy incorporating Shiatsu and acupressure into massage therapy sessions. I have experience working with chronic and activity or accident related injuries. We aim to work deeply without creating tension in other parts of your body.

ENERGY WORK
The energy work I do is based on my studies with Tibetan-trained mystic, Tzun Tzun Hsue. I have studied Chi Kung, Empty Force and mysticism with Tzun Tzun since 2006. Energy work helps clear blocked energies, emotions and thought forms. We will start with a 30 minute consultation to discuss what you are working on physically, emotionally and energetically. We will then determine the best course of action to assist in your growth.
I also offer Private Lessons in the Standing Meditation. We will work together on your structure to strengthen your body and energy system. The Standing Tree Meditation helps you become more present and aware.
